Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?

A: As soon as your order leaves for shipping, the system will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do! Our website has provided shipping rates for 145 countries. If your country is not available do DM us on Instagram or drop us email and we'd love to help and give you a shipping quote through there. 

Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?

A: Most of our items are made to order so it may take 1-7 days depending on the volume of orders we get. 

Q: How many days is delivery?

A: For Malaysian customers it will be around 1-5 working days. 

For the rest of the world it can take up to 7-21 working days.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: We do but it depends on slot availability. You can drop us a DM on Instagram for an order!

Q: Do you have an actual store I can come visit?

A: Nope, no bricks & mortar for us. But although we only exist online, there are still tons of ways to stay in touch with us. We sometimes open up pop-up booths so do stay tuned for that!

Q: Why is everything sold out? Are sold out products going to be restocked?

A: We sometimes have to close the shop when there are too many orders for us to handle or to work on wholesale or collabs. There's only 2 of us and sometimes we need more time to process your orders.

Q: I just placed an order but I did not receive the confirmation email.

A: You will receive a confirmation email right after placing an order. If not, no worries! It should be there within the next few hours of the day. 

Q: I've placed an order but lost the page to attach my payment receipt!

A: No worries! We will check if the payment has been received and process your order regardless. However if you have not made payment yet, the order will not be processed and will be canceled in 3 days.

Q: I want to send a gift to someone!

A: If you are directly sending your order to someone as a gift, please specify it in the instructions notes at checkout! You can add a message in the notes section and we will place it inside the box for you.

Q: How should I get my finger sized?

A: Take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger to measure. Use a ruler to see how long the string is. 

Q: I have a small business and we would love to collaborate!
